What better way to inspire and challenge your team than going out on the water to learn new skills, push their comfort zones and foster teamwork. The team can work together to maneuver the boat, or divide into groups to try timed skill tests in competition. For larger groups, a second, similar boat can also be included for boat vs boat match racing.
Learn to Sail
Learn the basics of sailing and keel boat handling in a relaxed and personal environment. Classroom sessions are available a few days beforehand for groups if desired, or jump on for the weekend and learn by doing. Learn the basics of sailing, safety, sail handling, your responsibilities as crew when docking, and basic maneuvers of tacking the boat and trimming sails.
